 The Great Baltimore Fire of 1904 This marks the 100th anniversary of the great fire that destroyed much of downtown Baltimore. Just click on the photo to the right and it will  take you to a web site which is an interactive site that will help you trace the path of the fire after it started at a location that today is very near the Baltimore Arena.
 


The Newseum  This site represents an online interactive museum of news. It contains several interesting exhibits. It also contains many front pages from historical events and also from many newspapers around the country. Click on the building to the right to visit this link.
 


Interactive Colonial Village  This site presents a look back at how houses looked in the time of the Pilgrims and Puritans. It's interactive- move the mouse and you'll get a panoramic view. Some images take a few seconds to load but the wait is worth it.
